ZLA Solutions has the ability to take on assembly, packaging, and kitting projects for our local and regional customer base. With our fully climate controlled 18,000 square foot warehouse, we can provide customers an outlet to outsource projects to free up floor space, streamline their processes, and provide them with JIT turn around ability.
ZLA can also handle production and assembly programs on-site at our customers locations, utilizing their floor space to manage production for high volume job orders. We provide on-site management for all “in-sourcing” projects, keeping customer service 1st on the priority list. With “in-sourcing” production, it allows customers the ability to out source certain projects, but keep the project running in house to assist in logistics and material handling cost.
