How long does it normally take to start work?
After completing your application online if we feel your skills are a match for our open positions, you will be called to come in and complete the application process. This will consist of a criminal background check, drug screen and interview with our staffing manager. After this process is complete, you will begin work dependent upon the shifts available and your availability.
What type of companies do you work with?
Automotive and Manufacturing companies, OEMs and various other types of companies.
Our hourly positions are located in companies located throughout Alabama and Georgia.

If I get in on a temporary basis, do I have a chance of going full time?
Absolutely. If you show up to work every day, and do a great job, and meet your contracted hourly requirements, you can go full time.
What if I have a certain schedule for class, or childcare issues? Can I be specific with my schedule?
Every client we work with has multiple shifts. We cannot always guarantee that we can give you work on a certain shift, but we will do our best to work around your schedules.
