Overall Responsibility –
Preparing production parts for painting
Key Tasks and Responsibilities –
Organize parts on paint line as required by work schedule
Manually move parts through the blast booth system or rotary blaster
Blast parts according to applicable specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the blast booth, rotary blaster, and work area
Assist in the maintenance of blast booth, rotary blaster and related equipment as directed
Assist in other areas of production as directed
Follow the policies as outlined in the G.R. Manufacturing, Inc. Employee Handbook
Skills and Attributes –
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to perform strenuous repetitive work
Ability to work while wearing respirator and protective clothing
Must pass pulmonary function test and respirator fit test
Experience Requirements –
High School Diploma or GED
6 months experience working in a manufacturing, industrial or construction environment

$13/hr plus $.50/hr differential
