Role(s): Supports the EHS Team through managing subordinates, meeting safety compliances,
and development and implementation of safety programs.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop Responsibility Training for all Supervisors to identify each role in contribution to
the EHS program
Lead the Emergency Action Plan elements to ensure preparation for any event.
Review all incident and accident reports to ensure complete and proper investigation
techniques are used, that the root cause is ascertained, and counter measures are
Implement improvements to all safety and environmental programs and protocol.
Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with all current local, state and federal safety
and environmental requirements and notify management team of any upcoming
changes or notifications from agencies.
Lead the EHS effort by example and ensure that all Team Members do the same.
Ensure that all relevant data is collected and reported as needed by company and

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Risk Management, Industrial Safety or
5-10+ years of experience in EHS field
Able to complete all required environmental reporting on local, state and federal levels.
Working knowledge of ergonomic development programs and knowledge to implement.
Ability to audit OSHA 18000 standards for constant safety improvement program.
PC literate, proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
ISO Certification/ OSHA Certification
