Position Summary:

  • Assist HR Dept. in maintaining a good relationship with associates of all levels.
  • To understand and comply with the company policies professionally and maintain confidentiality when required

Education and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Good organizational skills and good character
  • Maintain, and/or issue, associate parking permit system. (As necessary)
  • Promote communication activity throughout facility. (Daily)
  • Understand company policy and benefits to assist associates who request Information 4) Assist in associate relation projects and morale improvement activities. (As necessary) 5) Maintain audio files on call-ins and absenteeism then distribute information. (As necessary)
  • Work in a safe and effective manner. (Always)
  • Participate in continuous improvement in SQCD. ( As necessary)
  • Know and understand the company quality policy, safety and environmental policies (As necessary)
  • Assist associates who come into HR – record issues/complaints reported. (Daily)
  • Sueport production or other departments. (As necessary)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, and/or issue, associate parking permit system. (As necessary)

  • Support production or other departments. (As necessary)

  • Create and maintain all new and termed associate personnel files: general filing. (As necessary)
  • Order, size, replace, track, collect, and distribute uniforms for associates, MSAs. (As necessary)
  • Maintain/post Associate Birthday and Length of Service benefits. (Monthly)
  • Order badges and pick them up in IS. (As necessary)
  • Assist in keeping the HR form pockets filled with correct revision forms. (As necessary)
  • Assist in making New Hire packets and Benefit packs. (As necessary)
  • Answer phone calls. (As necessary)
  • Fax and copy documents. (As necessary)
  • Order/sell Caps and Jackets for Associates. (As necessary)
  • Pick up legal papers in the front entrance. (As necessary)
  • Handle Associate changes in system. (As necessary)
  • Assist in ordering and sending flowers to Associates/family (sick]hospital/death). (As necessary) 24)
  • Assist in creating PO’s, approve invoices, and reconcile credit charges each month. (As necessary)
  • Help with Care Works. (As necessary)
  • Sit-in on Write Up’s. (As necessary)
  • Conduct Exit interviews, (As necessary)
  • Assist in taking and picking up dry cleaning. (As necessary)
  • Interact with floor associates.
  • Other duties as required

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Professional Open Office Environment
  • Sitting and/or Standing for extended periods.
