The associate will continuously exhibit the company mission, values and vision
philosophies related to the delivery of customer service, job performance and involving working relationships
with others. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of product change points in
manufacturing areas involving molding, painting, assembly, procurement and production scheduling. This
position is also responsible for change point verification and validation of the information system (JDE) data
from the engineering standpoint. There is no supervisory requirement for this position.

 Change point task, coordination of activity and overall task management
 Customer contact for MP engineering change point and supporting activity
 Management and verification of process routing CT, BOM and supporting data for product cost
 MP design change point status reporting to customer and management
 Continual management and validation of engineering data in company information system (JDE)
 Management of internal design change drawing and issuance to purchasing for suppliers
 Support of production in areas that involves JDE MRP and related engineering data
 Error and problem prevention analysis using FMEA and other AIAG core tools
 Hands on assembly in support of primary project engineer
 IMDS (International Material Data System)
 TS/ISO related activities
 Support of Business plan activities
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for the position.
 Language skills- Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, technical procedures and
supporting materials. Ability to respond to questions and effectively articulate requirements via oral,
written or graphical format. Bilingual skills (Japanese and/or Spanish) is helpful but not required

 Reasoning ability- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in
situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in
written, oral, diagram or schedule form
 Mathematical skills- Ability to work with and calculate percentages and ratios. Ability to work with
statistical concepts
 Computer skills- ability to use MS Excel, Powerpoint and internet software. Use of MS Project is a
plus buy not required.

Associate degree (A.A.S.) from two-year College or University with a concentration in an engineering related
or business management related field; three to five years related work experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination thereof is required
